M. Louise Stanley has taken sketchbook and pen in hand to travel our world's cities and cultures to paint a panoramic view of our accomplishments, conceits, and foibles. With humor and wit she has colored our common experiences to engage us in a dialogue of human nature.

A panel discussion exploring the benefits of artist residencies, in conversation with artists in the exhibition, moderated by Ann Weber, artist and BAC staff member, and Suzanne Tan. An informal walk-through of the exhibition conducted by the artists will be held immediately following.

Visual Thinking Strategies

VST Berkeley Art Center is pleased to partner with Visual Thinking Strategies to offer this dynamic experience in adult art education to our members. Deepen your connection to art through one of the most respected art education methods in the country through the VTS facilitation method created by noted educator Philip Yenawine. Tour the gallery and participate in a group dialogue about works on view. Additionally, a few of the artists in the exhibition will be present to talk about their work.
